Elder Care File takes no referral, placement or lead fees from any facility, operator, chain or placement service. No facility can pay to change what its record shows, where it appears, or whether it appears.

Display advertising, if introduced, will be clearly labelled, will never be sold to facilities in the record being viewed, and will never appear inside the record itself. A paid family report, if introduced, will contain only the records already free on this site, formatted for printing.

This site is not a consumer reporting agency and its records may not be used to make decisions about employment, credit, insurance or housing. Records are for informational use.
